Tanner, MD
He joined Batch in 2000 from the world of foreign exchange, where he had rolled out an internet trading solution for business to business payments through the international banking systems. Originally Batch was intended as a clearing house for payments, but it became obvious that it provided an opportunity to improve the flow of information and integration between systems. The Batch team are focussed on the needs of the booksellers and their suppliers.

the engine behind batch and the Clearing House. Eileen does
everything she can to make every customer happy. She gives her
team the training needed to provide excellent customer service;
her hard work, dedication and caring nature ensure the very
high standard of service you expect.

Simon
Parker
Simon was the first full time employee of Batch when he joined the company in March 2000. Simon designed the Batch Returns system and worked with external developers to design and build BIS, the Batch Integration Software that imports invoice and credit information into Sage Line 50. Simon is the Business Development Manager at Batch, his role includes liaising with booksellers and suppliers using the system, helping them to integrate with Batch and training booksellers and suppliers on the use of the system. Simon also sits on a number of industry steering groups and co-ordinates with our IT team on developments for Batch. Simon can be contacted on

Linda
Bowles
Any bookseller using batch who has not received at least a couple of phone calls from Linda, please raise a hand! She ensures all our customers are special and she guides them through their first steps online. No task is too great, her patience and diligence are a reflection of the true spirit of batch.
