Batch are delighted to confirm that the Publisher Payments site has been updated to become a more intuitive, modern experience designed with publishers and distributors in mind.
We have updated the portal used by suppliers to access customer
data on Batch, mirroring the look and feel of the booksellers’ Batch Payments
site, which was completely redesigned and relaunched in 2024. These
enhancements to Payments for both retailers and suppliers reflect our ongoing
commitment to improving the user experience and the services we provide to all our users.
Functionality has been refined to create a more intuitive and
user-friendly platform, complemented by a modern look and feel. With publishers
and distributors at the heart of this update, we have ensured that all key
functions remain available while making them easier to locate and use.
The new interface received positive feedback during both the testing phase and following its official launch in March 2026. Training sessions are available on request via mail@batch.co.uk and additional support materials, including updated system FAQs, can be found on the website.
